SLU Senior Graduation Photos | Spring Senior Portraits in St. Louis

filed in

SLU Graduation sessions are about to be in full swing as we enter the spring in a couple weeks here in St. Louis! Spring in St. Louis is truly the most beautiful time for photos, but it lasts for two seconds! One day the tulips are here, and the next, they’re gone!! I was THRILLED that the tulips were still present for Brenna’s SLU senior session, and so was she!

From the moment I met Brenna, it was evident that her energy was contagious and that we were going to have an amazing time together! I loved listening to her share about her time at SLU, what was most memorable to her, and what her dreams for the future are. One of my favorite things about SLU graduation sessions is getting to know and listening to the hearts of the seniors I’m photographing. It is such a joy to connect with them and to capture these final moments on their beloved college campus.

We began our session at SLU’s iconic Clock Tower where Brenna set the tone for the whole evening. She slayed one shot after the other and was adorable as they come! Her beautiful smile and contagious laughter brought each moment captured to life with the true essence of who she is. Throughout the session as we walked the campus, taking a stroll through the tulips, and then coming to our next iconic location- the fountain in front of St. Francis Xavier College Church– we talked and laughed as if we were old friends! From the joyous smiles to the quiet moments of reflection, Brenna’s senior session was a testament to the transformative power of the college experience. It was a celebration of growth, friendship, and of the endless possibilities that lie ahead.

As the session came to a close, Brenna popped out a bottle of champagne for the famous “champagne popping at the fountain” photo, and those moments did not disappoint! I also whipped out my macro lens as I had the idea to try and catch the church and the fountain in her eye, and that was a WIN for sure!

To the most recent graduate of SLU’s Radiation Therapy program, Brenna, my hat is off to you, and I wish you nothing but the best in all your endeavors in life! You are a bright light in this world and I am so blessed to have spent this time with you!
