St. Louis Senior Portraits are in full swing as graduation in just a couple short months away! Right now, as the trees and glowers are blossoming, is the BEST time for senior graduation sessions at SLU and every college for those who love pretty blooms. I’ll be honest- the pink and white blooms on the trees are my absolute favorite and I look forward to them every year. They are also gone all too soon! So, be sure to take advantage of the spring and book your grad session NOW! : )
We are so blessed here in St. Louis to have some of THE most beautiful college campuses in the nation! Saint Louis University, Washington University, and UMSL are among the most beautiful in my humble opinion. Not only that, but I must say that SLU has some of the kindest, sweetest, smartest, most loving girls I’ve ever had the privilege to meet. And Lilly was certainly one of them!
I met Lilly back in the fall of 2022 when she won a giveaway session for her and her group of friends. Generosity is one of the core values of Erika Rene Photography and I love blessing a group of college girls with a complimentary friend group session at least once a semester. Spending an afternoon downtown St. Louis on the Arch grounds with these girls was a blast! And when it came time to graduate in the spring, Lilly reached out for her senior session and I couldn’t have been happier to spend more time with her.
Lilly’s session was amazing for many reasons, but one of the things that made it SO unique and special was that she brought her dog! If anyone needs a sign that they should do their SLU graduation session with their dog, let this be it! Those are some of my all time favorite senior pictures in St. Louis that I’ve ever taken!
After photographing at the iconic clock tower (which is usually where I start all of my sessions because its always a request- and I never get sick of it!), we went to the bridge in front of the Cupples House, and the always lovely Saint Louis University Sign and since the fountain wasn’t operating that day, we went to another fountain on campus to do the champagne pop! Its always an awesome way to end St. Louis Senior Portraits at SLU!
Lilly is now a grad student at Syracuse studying law and I have no doubt that she will crush it and take the world by storm!
